Using Transfer Techniques on Paper, Board or Textiles

Event Type: Craft Course/Workshop
A day of experimenting with a range of different transfer techniques - ways in which to transfer photos to paper, board and fabric to incorporate into your work. This workshop would be relevant to anyone painting or working in mixed media, or anyone working with fabrics, textiles and embroidery. You will go home with some simple sample projects - paintings, boards or hangings.

Full Day Introduction to Glass Fusing with Enamels

Event Type: Craft Course/Workshop
Winner of the Gold Award for Glass, Steve Robinson is a glass artist specialising in kiln-fusing. Steve is one of only a few professional glass artists working with enamel powders to colour the glass (rather than pre-coloured glass). He has developed his own techniques for working with these enamels, which he will share with you. You'll make your own large wall hanging and some smaller pieces. Book by: 4 May '18

The South of England Spring Garden & Leisure Show
